Job Title: SAP SD Consultant (OTC & ERP Solution) Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Work from Office) Monday to Saturday Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Experience: 2-5 years Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled SAP SD Consultant with 2-5 years of hands-on experience, specializing in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and ERP solutions. In this role, you will help optimize business processes related to order management, sales, distribution, and billing by providing SAP SD configuration and support. You will collaborate with both technical and business teams to implement and support SAP SD functionality in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the configuration, support, and implementation of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) modules with a focus on the Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and configure SAP SD modules to streamline order management, pricing, delivery, and billing processes. Support day-to-day SAP SD activities, including managing sales orders, deliveries, billing, credit management, and pricing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., MM, FICO, WM) to ensure smooth integration and data flow between SAP SD and other modules. Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions for SAP SD processes in production systems. Participate in the preparation of training materials and provide end-user training and documentation on SAP SD functionalities. Support system enhancements, upgrades, and optimizations as part of continuous improvement initiatives. Stay current with SAP updates, best practices, and new functionality within the SD module. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. 2-5 years of hands-on experience working with SAP SD, particularly in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. Proficiency in configuring SAP SD functionalities such as sales order management, pricing, billing, credit management, and delivery processing. Knowledge of SAP integration with other modules like MM, FICO, and WM. Familiarity with ERP system implementation, configuration, and support. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with technical and business teams. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
