Role & responsibilities

SAP SD Consultant

Job Summary

SAP SD Consultant with strong expertise in Variant Configuration (VC)

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support
SAP SD
processes including:

Sales Order Management
Pricing
Billing
Shipping and Delivery
Credit Management

Design, implement, and maintain
SAP Variant Configuration (LO-VC / S/4HANA VC)
for configurable products.
Configure and manage:

Characteristics, classes, and class types
Dependencies (preconditions, procedures, constraints, selection conditions)
Configuration profiles and BOM/routing integration

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Support integration with other SAP modules such as
MM, PP, and FI
.
Perform system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support go-live activities.
Analyze and resolve production issues related to SD and VC.
Prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams for enhancements and custom developments.
Provide end-user training and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience in
SAP SD
module.
Proven experience in
SAP Variant Configuration (VC)
.
Good understanding of configurable materials, BOMs, and routings.
Experience with pricing procedures, condition techniques, and output determination.
Knowledge of SD integration with
MM, PP, and FI
.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with
S/4HANA SD and Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC)
.
SAP SD or VC certification.
Experience in manufacturing or make-to-order (MTO) environments.
Exposure to global or multi-country SAP implementations.
