Job Description

Skills Required:

  • SCM Application Expertise:

    Utilize extensive knowledge and experience in SCM applications to optimize supply chain processes and solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    Engage with stakeholders at various levels to understand their requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communication Skills:

    Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Solution Design:

    Develop and implement APO solutions that align with business objectives and enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Project Management:

    Lead and manage SCM projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Training and Support:

    Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using SCM applications.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to drive operational excellence.
  • Service Management:

    Apply knowledge of service management principles to ensure high-quality support and maintenance of SCM applications.
  • SAP ECC Applications:

    Leverage expertise in SAP ECC applications to integrate and enhance SCM solutions.
  • Manufacturing Integration:

    Demonstrate strong integration knowledge with manufacturing modules and applications to ensure seamless SCM operations.
  • Team Working Skills:

    Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and enhance overall.
  • Business Savings:

    Identify and implement improvements that drive business savings and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in SCM applications, with a focus on APO.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management and effective communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant SCM software and tools.
  • Knowledge of service management principles.
  • Experience with SAP ECC applications.
  • OMP Application:

    Knowledge of OMP application is an added advantage.
  • Manufacturing Integration:

    Good integration knowledge with manufacturing modules and applications.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SAP APO or similar SCM applications.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) and APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
