Job Description

You are a proactive and results-oriented SAP Sales/Pre-Sales Professional with a minimum of 8-12 years of relevant experience in the SAP domain. In this role, you will be spearheading Pre-sales, Solution, and Business development activities in the India market. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with internal stakeholders for on-ground account-level activities and work closely with the SAP practice team to identify opportunities for Consulting, Implementation, Licensing, and Resourcing business. Your key responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to identify potential clients in SAP Consulting/Implementation/Licensing/AMS/Resourcing domain, building a robust pipeline of qualified leads, meeting potential clients to understand their business challenges, and proposing tailored SAP solutions. You will also be responsible for drafting Sales/Pre-sales/Solutions/Consulting Collaterals and Business Proposal documents, engaging in pre-sales activities, and delivering compelling sales pitches. Collaboration with the SAP Practice and Sales teams to align client needs with solutions, maintaining up-to-date records of client interactions and opportunities in CRM tools, and providing regular updates and forecasts to leadership regarding sales targets and achievements are essential aspects of this role. Key qualifications for this position include a minimum of 8-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales/Presales/Solutioning, a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred), strong understanding of SAP solutions and value propositions, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to generate and nurture leads, build client relationships, and close sales. Preferred attributes include prior experience selling SAP solutions in pan India, an established network of potential clients in industries leveraging SAP, the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively, and a high energy level with a passion for achieving sales targets in a start-up environment.,
