SAP S/4 HANA Indirect Procurement Consultant (Ariba Integration)

Role Summary

Expert SAP S/4 HANA Indirect Procurement Consultant with hands-on Ariba integration experience to streamline procurement processes. Design, configure, and optimize SAP S/4 HANA Indirect Procurement processes and Ariba integration for seamless P2P operations.

Key Responsibilities

Configure SAP S/4 HANA Indirect Procurement modules (MM) and integrate with Ariba Buying/Invoicing.
Lead end-to-end implementation of indirect procurement workflows (catalog management, service entry, GR/IR).
Design integration solutions (CPI/PI/PO) for Ariba-S/4 HANA data sync (POs, invoices, service confirmations).
Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with indirect spend policies.
Troubleshoot integration issues, ensure compliance, and optimize system performance.
Train users on indirect procurement tools and Ariba-guided buying.

Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

6+ years in SAP S/4 HANA Indirect Procurement configuration (MM) and Ariba integration.
Proven implementation experience with Ariba Buying/Invoicing and S/4 HANA integration (CPI, APIs, IDocs).
Strong grasp of indirect procurement processes (services, contingent labor, catalog management).

Preferred:

Experience in S/4 HANA migration for indirect procurement.
SAP S/4 HANA certification (Procurement) and/or Ariba certifications.
