The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of relevant experience in Ariba Functional Lead role for a TI Project. This position involves working closely with client procurement business teams to drive workshops and provide guidance on areas of improvement in business processes reengineering. Key responsibilities include Ariba integration with SAP ECC or SAP S4 Hana using CIG, Ariba business analysis & testing (including preparing BRD & test suite), gathering functional requirements, and creating functional and technical documentation. The role also involves performing UT, SIT, UAT, troubleshooting technical problems, and demonstrating strong knowledge of SAP Ariba sourcing, suppliers Lifecycle, buying and guided buying, Ariba invoicing, Ariba commerce automation, and integration with S/4 HANA. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai and requires the candidate to work in person. As an SAP Materials Management Techno-Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in facilitating the implementation and support of SAP MM, encompassing both Procurement and Inventory Management to meet business requirements. You will collaborate with core business and SAP IT teams, as well as SI Partners, to ensure the effective implementation of the MM module according to the project plan. Acting as a liaison between business functions and technical teams, you will work closely with cross-functional teams such as procurement, warehousing, and finance to align and integrate SAP MM with other SAP modules and external systems. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing SAP MM strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance procurement efficiency, inventory control, and vendor management. You will also be tasked with mapping business requirements, processes, and objectives, identifying gaps and issues, and developing product modifications while adhering to SAP standard functionality. Compliance with industry standards and best practices in procurement and inventory management will be crucial. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze the performance of the SAP MM system, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary enhancements or customizations. Your role will involve ensuring the successful implementation of SAP MM modules, including system configuration, integration with other modules, and data migration for Masters and Transactions, including cutover strategy. Integration with sourcing systems like ARIBA, Enovia, Vistex, and vendor portals will also be a part of your responsibilities. You will validate Functional Specification Documents prepared by SI partners, document functional designs, UAT test cases, scripts, and results. Proactively identifying and proposing business process or system enhancements, participating in testing phases, providing technical guidance and support, staying updated on the latest trends in SAP MM, conducting training sessions, and workshops for end-users are essential aspects of your role. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field along with SAP Certification in MM. With 6-8 years of experience as an SAP MM Senior Consultant, you should have a minimum of 2 SAP MM module implementations, preferably in the automotive sector. In-depth knowledge of SAP MM Configuration, Master Data, and Integration with other SAP Modules is required. Experience in requirements gathering, functional testing, training support, and global template implementation will be beneficial. Your behavioral competencies should include effective communication skills, analytical skills, and self-motivation in learning new concepts and sharing knowledge with team members. From a technical perspective, you should have expertise in SAP MM Module-Procurement, SAP MM Module-Inventory Management, knowledge of ABAP, and familiarity with PI/PO for Interfaces.,

You have over 5 years of experience in SAP Ariba Upstream Module, including implementation and support. You possess a strong understanding and practical experience in Ariba Sourcing Projects, RFX, Auctions, Contract Management, and SLP. Additionally, you have integration knowledge with various backend ERP systems for Master data objects replication. Knowledge of CIG integration would be an added advantage for this role. Your communication skills are excellent, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams and executive leaders. You are comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating self-motivation in your work. Your experience includes hands-on work in building interfaces with SAP and Legacy Systems, with familiarity in IDOC, XML, and other related technologies. Furthermore, you have practical experience in documenting User Requirement Specifications, Functional Specifications, and Training documents. Your familiarity with tools such as Remedy, HP Application Life Cycle Management, and SAP Solution Manager is an asset. You also have knowledge of Ariba Integration (Cloud Integration Gateway) with multiple backend ERP systems, along with experience in Config/Organization and master data replication from ERP systems to Ariba. In addition to the above, you have 5-8 years of experience and have completed at least one implementation in Ariba Downstream. You possess functional experience in both upstream and downstream integration, with a good understanding of procurement processes, Commerce Automation, and the Ariba Network. Your expertise includes working on Catalog, Guided buying (optional), and Invoicing processes, as well as being well-versed in Approval Workflows. Your language proficiency in English is fluent, enabling effective communication at various business levels. You are proactive in system monitoring for issue resolution, resolving production support tickets, and rolling out downstream processes for new regions. Rigorous testing is part of your process before system deliveries, and you excel in master data maintenance. SAP P2P Consultant S/4HANA Public Cloud Remote Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in SAP P2P, with at least 2 years on S/4HANA Public Cloud . Strong understanding of procurement processes including direct and indirect procurement, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, invoice verification, and vendor management. Experience with Fiori apps and SAP Best Practices for P2P in the Public Cloud environment. Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard workshops.
