SAP S/4 HANA Functional Lead Record to Report (R2R) - FICO

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Record to Report (R2R) solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyzing processes, and proposing SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned with industry best practices. Additionally, you will serve as a key liaison between business users, IT teams, and external consultants, while leading and mentoring SAP S/4HANA analysts and consultants within the R2R domain. Your contributions will be crucial in driving continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging SAP S/4HANA and emerging technologies, and supporting testing, training, and change management efforts for system enhancements. Troubleshooting and resolving SAP S/4 HANA R2R issues to ensure system stability and business continuity will also be part of your responsibilities. Staying updated on SAP S/4HANA innovations and recommending best practices for process optimization will be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA R2R solutions - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions - Serve as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external consultants - Mentor SAP S/4HANA analysts and consultants within the R2R domain - Drive continuous improvement initiatives using SAP S/4HANA and emerging technologies - Support testing, training, and change management efforts - Troubleshoot and resolve SAP S/4HANA R2R issues - Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA innovations and recommend best practices Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field - 8+ years of experience in SAP functional roles, with expertise in SAP S/4HANA R2R processes - Experience leading full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations and upgrades - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - SAP certification in SD or S/4HANA is a plus - SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud experience is a plus,
