Description
You will be responsible for supporting clients in the selection, implementation, and support of specific SAP modules. Your role will involve using consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the clients' business environment to achieve the expected business results. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance clients' business functionality and overall performance while ensuring high customer satisfaction. - Articulate business requirements and propose SAP solutions. - Analyze current business processes and scenarios of the client to recommend/develop solutions that meet their needs. - Lead the successful implementation of SAP modules, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentations, and instructions on SAP products to clients and stakeholders. - Manage complex or novel assignments, requiring the development of new or improved procedures. - Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation and discussions. - Identify project risks in specific areas and engage the right stakeholders in a timely manner. - Contribute to pre-sales activities, customer demos, Retail roadmaps, and Customer POCs. - Lead in-house initiatives and focus groups to create knowledge assets and services. - Improve delivery efficiency through the creation of knowledge assets and services. - Assist in ramping up internal colleagues. Qualifications Required: - University degree preferred. - Minimum of 7+ years of experience in SAP Retail Pricing. - At least four end-to-end implementations experience with expertise in SAP Retail, SAP FMS, and S4HANA. - Expertise as a Business end user in Retail/Fashion customers would be an added advantage.
