Your role will involve ensuring the achievement of individual targets by being result-driven, proactive, and possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer literacy and fluency in Hindi & English is required, with knowledge in Bengali being preferred. Working as a team player with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive store environment is essential. Responsibilities include being accountable for store merchandise, checking stock positions, replenishment, and delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
