SAP RCM ONB-Senior Associate

Role Overview: At PwC, as a Senior Associate in business application consulting, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. Your primary focus will be to analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP HCM applications. By working in this area, you will play a crucial role in enabling clients to optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze the current business requirements and processes and recommend or develop solutions to meet client needs. - Design, configure, and document SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition (Recruiting & Onboarding) modules based on business requirements. - Assist in developing functional specifications for integration and data developments. - Support in the testing process by developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios to identify errors and issues in business processes, documentation, or user experience. - Assist in application support, system testing, and training of end users. Qualifications Required: - Interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, with an openness to learning new tools and adapting work methods. - Demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and collaborating with diverse people and perspectives. - Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition (Recruiting & Onboarding) configuration. - Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP SuccessFactors modules. - Ability to interpret business requirements/problems and provide clear recommendations. - Collaboration skills and effective communication with clients. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft tools including Excel and Project. - Experience with the cloud implementation methodology and project planning, with at least 4 full cycle implementations for Recruitment & Onboarding modules. - Experience in leading teams and client workshops for SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition projects. - Creation of documentation and training materials, along with knowledge transfer to clients and training of super users.,
