Job Description

1. Job Title : Functional Lead 2. Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced Functional Lead with 12 to 15 years of experience specializing in SAP RAR. The ideal candidate will excel in a hybrid work model leveraging their expertise to drive impactful solutions.
A strong background in data visualization and analysis is beneficial enhancing our ability to deliver comprehensive insights and strategic outcomes. 3. Experience : 12 - 15 years 4. Required Skills : Technical Skills: SAP RAR Domain Skills: 5. Nice to have skills : Domain Skills: Data Visualization Data Analysis 6. Technology : Custom Service 7. Shift : Day 8. Responsibilities : - Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP RAR solutions to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.

Oversee the integration of SAP RAR with existing systems ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment. - Provide expert guidance on SAP RAR functionalities enabling teams to leverage its full potential for revenue recognition. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into SAP RAR configurations. - Develop and maintain documentation for SAP RAR processes ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.
Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to ensure optimal SAP RAR functionality. - Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding and use of SAP RAR. - Analyze data trends and patterns to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. - Utilize data visualization tools to present complex data in an understandable and impactful manner.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all SAP RAR implementations. - Support the development of data-driven strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives. - Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement in SAP RAR processes. - Monitor industry trends and advancements in SAP RAR to keep the organization at the forefront of technology.

Qualifications - - Possess extensive experience in SAP RAR demonstrating a deep understanding of its functionalities and applications. - Have a strong foundation in data visualization and analysis with the ability to translate data into strategic insights. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective and efficient solutions. - Demonstrate strong communication skills capable of conveying complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
