Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

SAP QM Consultant

with hands-on experience in

Quality Management (QM) and Warehouse Management (WM)

processes. The candidate will be responsible for configuring QM master data, managing inspections, quality notifications, and enabling FIORI apps in the QM area. The role involves collaboration with procurement, plant maintenance teams, and supporting documentation of process design.

Mandatory Skills (Top 5 for Screening)

SAP QM Configuration & Master Data
Inspection Plan setup, Inspection Lots, Result Recording, Defects, Quality Certificates, Quality Notifications
Integration Experience
Integration of QM with
Procurement (MM)
and
Plant Maintenance (PM)
FIORI Apps
Enabling and configuring FIORI apps in the QM area
Documentation
Preparing
Process Design Documents (PDDs)
Sample Management
Optional but good exposure

Good to Have (Optional)

Experience in the
Utility industry
Exposure to
Warehouse Management (WM)
processes

Key Responsibilities

Configure and maintain
QM master data
including inspection plans and inspection lots.
Manage
quality notifications, defect tracking, and quality certificates
.
Enable and support
FIORI applications
for QM processes.
Integrate QM processes with
procurement and plant maintenance modules
.
Document processes and create
PDDs
for business and technical teams.
Support testing, training, and go-live activities as required.
