Should be an expert at troubleshooting & investigating SAP system downtimes and performance issues and P1, P2 incidents. Should have worked in SAP environments where system availability is critical. Good knowledge and understanding of Single Sign-On Technologies, Infrastructure Security, High Availability, Disaster Recovery etc. Install, configure, monitor and maintain multiple SAP landscapes and 3rd party tools. Perform core Basis functions (e.g., System Refresh, support packs, kernels, transports, DR drills) Experience in Upgrades, OS/DB Migrations will be added advantage. Research and implement solutions for Basis functionality in performance monitoring, tuning, systems configuration using the SAP Best Practice. Experience in working with SAP Applications like NetWeaver, S/4HANA, Fiori, ECC, Solution Manager, GRC, BW/4HANA, BODS, Analytics Cloud, CPI, BTP, Cloud ALM etc. Good working knowledge of databases like HANA, Oracle.
