Job Description

Job Title: SAP QM Consultant

Location: Hyderabad

SAP QM (Quality Management) Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and implement SAP QM processes in S/4HANA, including Inspection Planning, Quality Notifications, Results Recording, Usage Decisions, and Certificates.
Manage and maintain QM master data, including Inspection Plans, Sampling Procedures, MICs, and Catalogs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs.
Integrate QM processes with other SAP modules like MM, PP, and PM.
Support greenfield implementations, system conversions, and rollouts in S/4HANA.
Participate in testing (unit, integration, UAT), training, and documentation for QM solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support for QM-related processes.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging new features and innovations in S/4HANA QM.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 years of overall SAP experience, with at least 23 years in SAP S/4HANA.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP QM core functionalities:
Inspection Lots & Plans
Quality Notifications
Results Recording & Usage Decisions
Certificate Processing & Audit Management
Experience with Fiori apps and S/4HANA-specific enhancements in QM.
Sound understanding of integration points with MM, PP, and PM modules.
Ability to analyze business requirements and deliver effective SAP solutions.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
