Job Role/ Your future duties and responsibilities

Lead and oversee SAP QM support operations, ensuring stable system performance and quick issue resolution.
Manage configurations and support for quality planning, inspection, and quality notifications.
Handle processes related to inspection lots, results recording, usage decisions, and defect management.
Work closely with business users to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement process improvements.
Support integration of QM with MM, PP, PM, and EWM/WM modules.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, ISO, and audit requirements.
Coordinate with the technical team for enhancements, Fiori applications, and system updates.
Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, and provide preventive solutions.
Lead testing, documentation, and user training for changes or new functionalities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to SAP optimization projects.
Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance to ensure best practices are followed.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

8 + years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA (version 1709 or higher).
Strong knowledge of Quality Management processes such as inspection planning, results recording, and quality notifications.
Experience in integration with MM, PP, PM, and EWM/WM modules.
At least two full lifecycle SAP implementations or extensive experience in S/4HANA support projects.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience in managing support teams and handling complex business environments.
