SAP QA Analyst

As a SAP Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst specializing in SAP Finance (FI), your role is crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing comprehensive test plans and test cases for SAP FI (AR/AP) functionality, enhancements, and integrations. - Defining and executing regression, integration, UAT, performance, and compliance test scenarios. - Executing manual and/or automated test cases for AR/AP, eInvoicing, and VIM-related processes. - Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects using standard defect management tools. - Testing integration points between SAP FI and other modules (MM, SD) and with external systems. - Ensuring that eInvoicing and VIM processes meet local tax compliance and business requirements. - Utilizing SAP testing tools such as SAP Solution Manager (Test Suite), CBTA, or third-party automation frameworks. - Recommending automation strategies for repetitive finance testing scenarios. - Maintaining detailed test documentation, including test scripts, test evidence, and sign-off reports. - Providing regular status updates on test progress, defect trends, and risk areas to project stakeholders. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 4+ years of QA experience in SAP Finance module testing, including AR and AP processes. - Exposure to integration testing between SAP FI and MM, SD, and external systems. - Strong understanding of SAP Finance business processes and configuration concepts. - Proficiency in defect tracking and test management tools. - Ability to design and execute end-to-end business process tests. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. - SAP Finance module certification (preferred but not mandatory). This role also values hands-on experience in testing eInvoicing solutions like SAP eDocument Cockpit or third-party solutions like Pagero, as well as experience in testing OpenText VIM workflows, OCR processing, and integration with SAP FI.,
