SAP PTP Consultant

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Senior SAP Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Consultant will lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP PTP processes across global and regional deployments. This role requires deep functional expertise in procurement, inventory management, vendor integration, and SAP S/4HANA, with a strong focus on business process optimization and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP PTP implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Design and optimize procurement workflows: purchase requisitions, purchase orders, stock transport orders (STOs), and vendor invoice processing.
• Manage integration with third-party systems (e.g., 3PL, EDI interfaces) and ensure seamless data exchange.
• Support master data migration activities using ETL tools and SAP LTMC.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, FICO, PP) to ensure accurate cost flows and material valuation.
• Drive automation testing and support test teams during SIT/UAT phases.
• Provide hypercare and AMS support post go-live, including issue resolution and documentation handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 710 years of SAP PTP experience, including S/4HANA implementations.
• SAP certification in MM or PTP is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or logistics-heavy environments is highly valued.

Skills & Expertise

• Strong SAP configuration knowledge in MM and PTP modules.
• Expertise in procurement, inventory management, vendor master data, and invoice verification.
• Familiarity with SAP integration points (FICO, SD, PP, PM).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with AMS support models and incident resolution workflows.
• Proficiency in SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Integration experience with external systems and 3PL vendors.
