Roles and Responsibilities: Demonstrate strong knowledge of SAP CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheets) Participate actively in customer-facing projects, engaging with users to understand requirements and resolve issues Perform detailed analysis of defects in business processes and identify root causes Propose effective solutions and workarounds for user tickets and process issues Collaborate with technical teams to support the deployment of change requests and system updates Assist in testing and validating changes to ensure they meet business needs and quality standards Provide ongoing support to users, ensuring smooth operation of SAP PS functionalities Mandatory Skills: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP PS module Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with business users and technical teams
