Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and implement SAP CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP CRM projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CRM implementation.
Provide training and support to end-users on SAP CRM functionality.
Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement using SAP CRM tools.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of SAP CRM functional modules and ABAP programming language.
Experience with SAP CRM implementation and configuration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
Relevant experience in SAP CRM ABAP and SAP CRM functional modules.
