You are a highly experienced SAP Functional Manager with strong knowledge of FICO. With over 10 years of experience in SAP functional modules, business process optimization, and team leadership, you will lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP solutions. Your role demands expertise in SAP modules such as FI/CO, EWM, and exceptional stakeholder management skills. Your responsibilities include leading the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP modules, managing integration with other enterprise applications, and ensuring best practices for SAP processes. Collaborating with business stakeholders, analyzing existing processes, and driving automation are crucial for business process optimization. You will oversee end-to-end SAP projects, manage resources, and work closely with technical teams for seamless execution. As a bridge between business users and technical teams, you will lead, mentor, and develop a team of SAP consultants and analysts. Ensuring system stability, troubleshooting functional issues, and staying updated with the latest SAP technologies are essential for SAP support and continuous improvement. Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, or related fields, 10+ years of SAP functional experience, expertise in core modules, and a proven track record in SAP implementation, upgrades, and support.
