SAP Project Manager-Mumbai Location

Responsible for coordinating multiple technical projects, mostly related to the hosting of SAP platforms for the entities of the group, to ensure objectives, milestones, costs, and timelines are met. This role involves delivering solutions within a highly distributed and complex IT environment by managing infrastructure projects across various business domains, scopes, locations, and countries, on both private cloud (vmware and power-based environments) and public cloud (Azure). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of infrastructure related technologies, and proven capability to work with diverse international teams.

Profile

• Setup and manage studies and projects
• Plan and control project activities, work packages and delivery
• Prepare and contribute to business case calculations and solution finding
• Closely work with architect to design the best solution based on customer needs
• Direct external provider by setting priorities and making sure project processes and best practices are followed, according to contractual terms
• Prepare, lead and animate project meetings
• Ensure delivery of project results within the given constraints
• Lead feedback sessions and ensure proper follow-up
• Contribute to the overall development of project methodology
• Leverage public cloud platforms to enhance project efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization

Qualification:

Degree in IT or related areas

• Strong technical experience in SAP (SAP certification would be a benefit), infrastructure technologies and project management
• Proven experience in Azure (Azure certification) and very well understanding of Azure concepts are a must Experience in deploying or migrating S/4 HANA
• Proven ability to lead international teams successfully
• Well acquainted with PRINCE 2 or PMP project methodologies
• Very good command of English is a must
