SAP Program Manager

Role Overview: As a Senior SAP Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end SAP implementation and migration projects, including SAP S/4HANA and ECC. Your role will involve utilizing your deep SAP functional expertise, proven leadership skills in managing complex projects, and a strong understanding of project management methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead large-scale SAP implementations or migrations (S/4HANA, ECC) across business units. - Manage the complete project lifecycle from planning, execution, and delivery to post-go-live support. - Define project deliverables, milestones, timelines, and success metrics. - Act as the single point of contact for all project-related communication and governance. - Oversee testing, validation, and user adoption phases to ensure successful rollouts. Stakeholder & Team Management: - Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors to define tailored SAP solutions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Lead cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, and technical architects. - Conduct regular meetings to track progress, resolve roadblocks, and gather feedback. - Manage third-party vendors and consultants for project delivery and integration. Functional & Technical Oversight: - Possess strong functional expertise in at least one SAP module (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.). - Broad understanding of all core SAP modules and interdependencies. - Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of SAP solutions across various business processes. - Define and challenge SAP solutions to ensure innovation, efficiency, and business alignment. Project Governance & Risk Management: - Apply project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall to ensure timely delivery. - Identify and mitigate project risks and resource constraints proactively. - Monitor project deliverables to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Conduct periodic audits and quality reviews to ensure compliance with project objectives. Change Management & Communication: - Drive user adoption through effective communication, training, and change management programs. - Communicate project status, risks, and updates regularly to executive stakeholders. - Ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP solution delivery. Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of overall SAP experience with at least 6+ years in project management. - Proven record of delivering large, complex SAP projects (S/4HANA, ECC, or hybrid environments). - Strong understanding of SAP modules and their business integration. - Deep knowledge of project management practices Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously. - SAP certification in one or more functional modules (preferred). - Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is an added advantage.,
