Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and architecture of SAP Professional Services in Public Cloud for a regulated, quality-focused service Industry - Architect process flows leveraging SAP Best Practices for discrete Professional services and Finance - Provide guidance on variant configuration for customizable products and ensure smooth integration across various modules - Support decision-making on configuration vs. extensibility, aiming for minimal deviation from standard - Identify gaps between standard SAP and business needs, recommending process adaptations or extensibility options - Build relationships with business process owners and IT leadership, articulating how the solution will support their goals - Present options and recommendations in fit-to-standard discussions, gaining buy-in and reducing friction - Work closely with onshore consultants and technical leads to ensure continuity in solution delivery - Prepare for upcoming test cycles, data migration, and cutover planning by aligning on key milestones - Coach and mentor junior team members to enhance internal SAP Professional services Public Cloud capability Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as an SAP S4 HANA Solution Architect focusing on Public Cloud implementations and SAP Professional Services - Strong knowledge of SAP Public cloud end-to-end implementation processes, including Professional services value chains - Experience managing onshore and offshore resources for individual engagements and overall practice - Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to deliver solutions effectively - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment Additional Details: KGS India has been recognized for its impactful initiatives in women empowerment and skill development.
