Good, practical knowledge of business processes in the area of Production/Quality Management.
Ability to be primarily responsible for all phases of an SAP PP/QM implementation: project preparation, requirements identification and analysis, general design document, implementation and configuration, commissioning, post-production support and document preparation and training for end-users in accordance with the delivery schedule. Involved in User Acceptance Testing and End User training.
Knowledge of SAP PP all key functionalities are MUST this includes but not limited to Materials Requirement Planning, Bills of Material, Routing, Make to Order, Make to Stock, Serial Number, Batch, Product Version, Back Flashing, subcontracting, Quality Management in Production, Developments in product execution and integration with various legacy systems.
Experience in handling and providing solution to end user for their routine issues.
Knowledge of QM inspection lot processes and QM notifications
Experience with interfacing SAP with Multiple PDM/PLM systems.
SAP PM module knowledge will be added advantage.
Work effectively as part of a team, and collaborate with other consultants, developers, and end-users
6+ Years of experience as SAP ECC & S4HANA Consultant. Must have at least 2 End-to-End engagement experience in SAP PP/QM Module as Functional Consultant.
