SAP PLM Application Support

As a highly skilled and motivated SAP PLM Application Expert, your role at Brose will involve the following key responsibilities: - Take on the operation, enhancement, and architectural design of SAP PLM-related systems. - Play a crucial role in the transformation journey from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA, collaborating with international teams and stakeholders. - Ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SAP PLM systems. - Design and implement scalable solutions, including system architecture and interface concepts. - Handle Incidents, Service Requests, Demands, and Changes in alignment with ITIL processes and defined SLAs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to deliver high-quality solutions. - Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. - Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles. - Participate in migration and upgrade activities towards SAP S/4HANA. Your qualifications should include: - Extensive experience in SAP PLM or other SAP modules such as MM, PP, or SD. - Strong understanding of SAP application architecture, business processes, and Agile methodologies. - Hands-on experience with ABAP (Object-Oriented), debugging, Smartforms, Reports, and interface technologies. - Ability to analyze existing solutions, design new concepts based on business needs, and create technical specifications. - Familiarity with integration scenarios between SAP and non-SAP systems. - Good testing methodologies understanding and documentation skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team setup. - SAP certifications (e.g. SAP PLM, SAP ABAP, SAP S/4HANA) are advantageous.
