Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP Operator, located in Howrah. The SAP Operator will be responsible for managing SAP operations, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support. Daily tasks include monitoring SAP systems, performing routine IT operations, and analyzing data to ensure optimal system performance. The role requires collaboration with various departments to support efficient business processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Information Technology and IT Operations
  • Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Experience with SAP systems is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
