Project Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Incident Management:

  Monitor SAP BW systems, address incidents, and resolve service requests in a timely manner to minimize disruptions to business operations.

• Problem Resolution:

  Analyze and troubleshoot operational issues related to SAP BW/BO/SAC environments and provide solutions to maintain optimal system performance.

• System Optimization:

  Continuously optimize SAP environments and operational workflows to enhance efficiency and automate processes wherever possible.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical teams and business users, to ensure smooth operation and alignment with business goals.

• Documentation:

  Maintain detailed records of incidents, solutions, and best practices in Confluence for future reference.

• Support Activities:

  Assist with system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance to ensure the systems are up-to-date and performing efficiently.

• Knowledge Sharing:

  Provide knowledge transfer and support to team members and business users regarding SAP BW/BO/SAC systems.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Experience:

  Minimum [X] years of experience in SAP BW/BO/SAC operations and support.

• Technical Skills:

• Expertise in

  SAP BW/4HANA

  .
• Advanced proficiency in

  SAP BO

  and

  SAP SAC

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  ABAP

  (List Viewer - ALV) for data transformations.
• Familiarity with

  SQL

  and scripting for automation tasks.

• Problem-Solving:

  Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues effectively.

• Tools:

  Experience with

  ITSM/ticketing tools

  (e.g., BMC Helix, JIRA) for task and incident management.

• Documentation:

  Proficiency in

  Confluence

  for maintaining documentation.

• Soft Skills:

  Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical teams and business users.

• Work Environment:

  Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:

• Additional experience in
