Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements related to

    procurement and inventory management

  • Configure SAP MM modules including:
    • Purchasing
    • Inventory Management
    • Vendor Master Data
    • Material Master Data
  • Participate in

    SAP implementation, upgrade, and rollout projects

  • Collaborate with functional teams such as

    SAP SD, FICO, PP, and WM

  • Create and execute

    test cases

    (unit testing, integration testing, UAT)
  • Provide

    end-user training

    and documentation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve

    MM-related issues

  • Support day-to-day SAP MM operations (L2/L3 support)
  • Ensure data accuracy and process optimization

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of SAP MM processes:
    • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
    • Inventory Management
    • Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
  • SAP configuration (IMG settings)
  • Understanding of

    integration with SAP SD, FICO, and PP

  • Basic knowledge of

    SAP S/4HANA MM

    is a plus

Functional Skills

  • Business process analysis
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Communication and documentation skills

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in:
    • Business Administration
    • Supply Chain Management
    • Engineering
    • Information Technology
  • SAP MM Certification (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience

  • Fresher / Entry Level:

    Knowledge of SAP MM concepts

  • Experienced Consultant:

    2–8+ years in SAP MM implementation/support

Tools & Technologies

  • SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA
  • SAP MM Module
  • MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
