vb We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP MDG Technical Consultant with a strong background in SAP ABAP to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience and possess a comprehensive understanding of SAP Master Data Governance processes and technical implementation aspects. This role requires a strong technical foundation in ABAP, with specialized knowledge in areas critical to SAP MDG, including FPM, Web Dynpro ABAP, BRFplus, Object-Oriented ABAP, and various integration technologies like IDOC, ALE, and SOAP Web Services. A background in MCA (Master of Computer Applications) is highly desirable, indicating a strong foundation in computer science principles and software development. As an SAP MDG Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions within the SAP MDG framework. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust and efficient technical designs. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the integrity, quality, and governance of master data across the SAP landscape. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement technical solutions for SAP MDG requirements, including data modeling, UI development, workflow implementation, and data replication. Develop and enhance SAP objects using classical and Object-Oriented ABAP programming. Customize and extend SAP MDG functionalities using Floorplan Manager (FPM) and Web Dynpro ABAP. Configure and develop business rules using BRFplus to support data validation and derivation processes within MDG. Develop and maintain interfaces for master data integration using IDOCs, ALE, and SOAP Web Services. Design and implement SAP Business Workflows for master data approval and enrichment processes. Perform technical analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting of issues within the SAP MDG and related technical components. Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and performance optimization guidelines. Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions. Provide technical support during testing phases and post-go-live. Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends in Master Data Management and Governance. Required Skills and Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in SAP technical consulting with a focus on SAP MDG. Proven expertise in SAP ABAP development, including classical and Object-Oriented (OO) ABAP. Hands-on experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) technical configurations and development. In-depth knowledge and experience in developing and customizing applications using Floorplan Manager (FPM) and Web Dynpro ABAP. Experience in configuring and developing with BRFplus (Business Rule Framework plus). Strong understanding and experience with IDOC and ALE for data exchange. Experience in developing and consuming SOAP Web Services in SAP. Proficiency in designing and implementing SAP Business Workflows. Experience in performance tuning and optimization of ABAP code. Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (MCA), Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is highly preferred.
