As an Application Lead with expertise in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), your role will involve leading the design, build, and configuration of enterprise applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee development, and provide strategic guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. Your strong leadership skills must balance technical depth with team management, problem-solving, and innovation to align business needs with technical outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP MDG and related application areas. - Lead, manage, and mentor a team, ensuring accountability for decisions and delivery outcomes. - Drive the design, build, and configuration of applications, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. - Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders, contributing to key strategic and technical decisions. - Provide innovative solutions to complex business and technical problems across teams. - Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to build team capabilities and promote continuous learning. - Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and adherence to quality standards. - Foster a culture of collaboration, efficiency, and innovation within the team. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Tool with hands-on implementation and support experience. - In-depth understanding of data governance principles, processes, and best practices. - Proven experience in application design, configuration, and deployment within SAP environments. - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus. - Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid). In addition to the above, you should ideally have exposure to SAP S/4HANA and integration of MDG with other SAP modules, knowledge of data migration, data quality management, and master data strategy, as well as strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
