Start Date: Immediate Duration: Long-term with possible extension Reporting To: SAP Program Manager / MDG Lead Position Summary Kubota is seeking a seasoned SAP MDG Consultant to lead and support Master Data Governance initiatives within the S/4HANA landscape. The role involves hands-on configuration, process standardization, and collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure high-quality master data across domains such as Material, Customer, Vendor, and Finance

Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP MDG solution design and implementation for master data domains (Material, Customer, Vendor, Finance) Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configuration tasks. Configure MDG components including Data Models, UI, BRFs+, and Workflow enhancements Conduct workshops, interviews, and workflow analyses to gather requirements. Support Show & Tell sessions, data preparation, initial loads, and defect resolution Prepare and execute test scenarios (UT, SIT), support UAT, and resolve defects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align E2E data governance processes. Monitor KPIs and drive continuous process improvements Create training materials and assist with user training and adoption. Participate in go-live and post-go-live support activities. Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Finance, IT, Supply Chain, or related field Minimum 6-8 years of hands-on SAP MDG experience, including ECC and S/4HANA At least one full-cycle S/4HANA MDG implementation. Strong understanding of SAP MDG architecture and integration points. Experience with SAP NetWeaver, BRFs+, and ABAP debugging is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Experience in data governance metrics and quality frameworks. Familiarity with SAP FI-CO, Ariba, and other related modules is advantageous Certification in SAP MDG or related SAP modules. Additional Information Travel: Minimal (up to 20%) as required.
