Job role: SAP MDG Functional Consultant

Experience: 7-11 years

Location: Bangalore

Work mode: Work from office

We are looking for an experienced

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support

  SAP MDG implementations

  (MDG-M, MDG-S, MDG-BP, MDG-F).

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into MDG solutions.

• Design and configure

  data models, workflows, business rules, validations, and derivations.

• Work on

  BRF+, Data Replication Framework (DRF), and change request management.

• Integrate SAP MDG with

  SAP ECC/S4HANA

  and third-party systems.

• Ensure data quality, governance processes, and compliance standards.

• Provide functional expertise during

  UAT, cutover, and post-go-live support.

• Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, reports, and interfaces.

• Prepare functional specifications and related documentation.

• Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7-11 years of SAP experience with

  strong focus on SAP MDG.

• Hands-on experience in

  SAP MDG on S/4HANA or ECC.

• Strong knowledge of

  Master Data domains

  (Material, Supplier, Customer, Business Partner, Finance).

• Experience with

  BRF+, Workflow configuration, DRF.

• Good understanding of

  data governance frameworks and best practices.

• Exposure to

  SAP Fiori apps for MDG

  is a plus.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working in on-site / work-from-office environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP MDG Certification (preferred).

• Experience in end-to-end

  implementation and rollout projects.

• Exposure to

  MDG Consolidation and Mass Processing.

• Knowledge of

  data migration tools

  like LSMW, LTMC, or Migration Cockpit.
