SAP Lead Functional Analyst - EWM

As an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Architect, you will play a crucial role in the overall technical architecture and design for SAP S/4 HANA EWM, collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Configuring, deploying, and managing EWM solutions, with at least 10 years of relevant experience. - Documenting major processes and development milestones. - Staying up to date with technology trends and industry best practices. - Developing and supporting enterprise architecture strategies. - Defining systems scope and objectives based on user needs. - Modifying, maintaining, and updating complex ERP configuration and program routines. - Educating others on business processes enabled by ERP modules. - Monitoring developers in software development methods. - Managing project plan, scope, risk, and resources. - Acting as a team leader for project teams. - Traveling periodically to visit Distribution centers and plants. - Ensuring solutions align with the IT long-term strategy. - Communicating effectively with all levels of the organization. - Adapting to changes in timelines and sequences. - Collaborating with internal and external partners. - Demonstrating strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills. - Managing deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change effectively. Qualifications: Critical Skills: - 7+ years of functional experience in SAP EWM with 2-3 end-to-end implementations on SAP S/4 HANA EWM. - Solid knowledge in SAP EWM Mater Data integrations and warehouse processes. - Hands-on experience in configuring various features in SAP EWM. Additional Knowledge & Skills: - Excellent external communication and leadership skills. - Strong critical thinking aptitude. - Excellent project management skills. - TMS knowledge is preferred.
