SAP Lead

As a SAP Commerce Cloud Tech Lead based in Pune, you should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, specifically in building web applications, with a proven track record of at least 3 years in a leadership role. Your technical skills should include proficiency in SAP Commerce Cloud, encompassing a deep understanding of its architecture, features, and capabilities. Experience in SAP Commerce Cloud integrations and Spartacus is essential, along with familiarity with SAP Integration Suite in SAP BTP. Your expertise should extend to working with Angular/React and .NET/Java frameworks, as well as having a strong grasp of Azure cloud services and DevOps practices. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement robust and scalable solutions for our customer portal. You will lead the architecture design, driving the development of scalable, secure software solutions using SAP CC, SAP BTP, Spartacus, Angular/React, and Azure technologies. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in team leadership by mentoring and leading a group of software engineers, nurturing a collaborative and innovative work environment. You will be accountable for the team's delivery and ensuring that project roadmaps are followed to guarantee on-time delivery of solutions within budget and scope. Additionally, you will undertake the role of a Scrum Master to facilitate project management processes effectively.
