2. Help desk ticket monitoring and close in system and maintain the staus tracker.
3. User Manual prepare for new FICO issues.
4. Expertise in end-to-end sales and A/P and A/R.
5. Resolve the regular FICO L0 issues and maintain status tracker of issue resolution.
6. Knowledge on SAP FICO standard Report execution.
7. Understand the issue complexity and handle the L0 team.
