Job Description

As an individual with 1-2 years of experience, your role will involve resolving L1 support issues assigned by the L0 team. You will be responsible for monitoring help desk tickets, closing them in the system, and maintaining the status tracker. Additionally, you will be required to prepare user manuals for new FICO issues, demonstrate expertise in end-to-end sales, A/P, and A/R, and resolve regular FICO L0 issues while tracking the status of issue resolution. Your knowledge of SAP FICO standard report execution will be essential in this role. Furthermore, you will need to assess issue complexities and effectively collaborate with the L0 team. Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in SAP FICO standard report execution - Strong understanding of end-to-end sales, A/P, and A/R processes Please note that candidates should not have any gaps in their educational or career history.
