You will be responsible for understanding L1 support issues and resolving them based on assignments received from the L0 team. Additionally, you will monitor help desk tickets and ensure timely closure in the system. Having expertise in the end-to-end production lifecycle and production master will be essential for this role. A good understanding of the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) process and Goods Receipt/Goods Issue (GR/GI) activity is also necessary.
