SAP ISU Billing Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Lead SAP ISU Billing implementations, enhancements, and support engagements.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

• Configure and customize SAP ISU Billing processes including rate structures, billing cycles, invoicing, and integration with FICA.

• Provide strategic consulting on billing optimization, regulatory compliance, and process automation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Device Management, CRM, EDM, FICA) to ensure seamless integration.

• Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and UAT.

• Troubleshoot complex billing issues and provide expert-level support.

• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability building within the team.

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with client expectations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ISU with a strong focus on Billing.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP ISU Billing configuration, rate determination, billing schema, and invoicing.

• Strong understanding of integration with FICA, DM, and CRM modules.

• Proven experience in handling large-scale utility billing projects.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to lead teams and manage client relationships effectively.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
