Sap Information Technology Consultant

The SAP GTS Senior Resource position is immediately available with VARITE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. This role requires 7 to 12 years of experience and offers full-time employment in a remote work mode. The primary responsibilities include hands-on experience in implementing at least 1-2 full cycle SAP implementation projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong business process knowledge and be able to associate processes to technical areas in SAP GTS. The SAP GTS Senior Resource will be responsible for various aspects of SAP GTS, including Compliance management (Sanction party list screening, Embargo, Product Classification, Legal control - Export, Import) and Customs management (Customs declarations Export and Import process, Inward Process, Transit/Presentation, Bonded warehouse, Electronic filing, product classification). The candidate must have a proven track record in SAP GTS service upgrade projects and should be able to understand and evaluate business requirements to design feasible technical solutions within project timelines. Key responsibilities include gathering application-specific project requirements, participating in pre-project launch discussions, driving detailed application design in SAP applications, collaborating on project design, and ensuring superior quality in technical deliverables. The successful candidate will also be required to have basic ABAP debugging skills, interact with developers, and possess exposure to IDOCs and Test Scripts preparation. Qualifications for the position include a minimum of 5 years of relevant SAP GTS experience. The preferred skills include hands-on experience in implementing full cycle SAP projects, understanding business requirements, and driving comprehensive System Integration Testing. The candidate should be able to translate global template changes into functional specifications and technical design.
