SAP IBP - Staff

We are looking for a skilled SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Consultant with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, technical support, and solution design. ### Roles and Responsibility Provide technical support for project delivery and continuous improvement. Design, build, customize, test, and deploy IBP solutions for various client engagements. Analyze business and technical requirements and develop solutions. Configure and design IBP solutions using SAP package solution implementation tools and methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Develop and maintain expertise in IBP, Demand Planning, Supply planning, Sales & Operation Planning processes. ### Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or STEM-related area; a Master's Degree is a plus. Demonstrated capability to analyze business and technical requirements and develop solutions. Subject matter expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Demand Planning, Supply planning, Sales & Operation Planning processes. Strong configuration and design skills are required. Experience with customer-facing relationships for both project and sustain-related functions. A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills. Service-oriented attitude with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and highly focused.
