SAP IBP - Staff

As a SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Consultant at EY, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of business methods utilizing SAP solutions. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support for project delivery and continuous improvement work. You will be the subject matter expert for SCM Cloud-based solutions, focusing on areas such as S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Control Tower, and overall business processes. Your expertise will be essential in IBP solution design, customization, testing, and deployment for various client engagements. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business and technical requirements and develop solutions to address them effectively. - Utilize your subject matter expertise in IBP, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning, with at least 1 end-to-end implementation experience in a client-facing role. - Demonstrate strong configuration and design skills while implementing SAP package solutions using relevant tools and methodologies. - Showcase well-honed SCM skills and an expert understanding of Software Configuration Management, including the ability to perform complex SCM tasks and mentor or train others in configuration management efforts. - Collaborate effectively with team members through excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating strong organizational abilities. Approach tasks with a service-oriented attitude, exceptional problem-solving skills, and analytical capabilities. Work independently, displaying self-motivation and a high level of focus. - Engage in effective communication with customers for both project and sustain-related functions, building and maintaining positive customer relationships. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a STEM-related field of study. A Master's Degree is considered a plus. - Proven experience in analyzing business and technical requirements and developing suitable solutions. - Expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Sales & Operation Planning processes, with hands-on implementation experience. - Strong configuration and design skills, particularly in SAP package solution implementation tools and methodologies. - Proficiency in SCM and Software Configuration Management, capable of complex SCM tasks and mentoring others in configuration management. - Excellent teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a service-oriented attitude and self-motivation.
