SAP IBP Senior Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on SAP IBP consulting services for integrated supply chain planning solutions.
• Implement and support SAP IBP modules including Demand, Supply, S&OP, OBP, and Control Tower.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA using CPI-DS or RTI.
• Perform IBP upgrade activities and manage post-upgrade validation and stabilization.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for SAP IBP, including issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve IBP-related issues.
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and perform fit-gap analysis with business stakeholders.
• Design, configure, and enhance planning views, dashboards, and analytics using Excel Add-Ins.
• Apply strong analytical skills to support statistical forecasting and end-to-end supply chain planning processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and effective change management.
• Follow ITIL-based service delivery practices, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Utilize technical expertise in S/4HANA ABAP (CDS views, AMDP, ABAP 7.5 syntax) for data modeling and enhancements.
• Support data management and reporting activities using RDBMS and SQL.
• Ensure timely communication with stakeholders regarding risks, issues, and delivery status.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP) across planning and analytics functions.
• Hands-on working experience with SAP S/4HANA and its integration with SAP IBP.
• Proficiency in CPI-DS and IBP Excel Add-Ins for data integration and planning activities.
• Experience in IBP upgrade activities and IBP issue analysis and resolution.
• Strong technical knowledge of S/4HANA ABAP including CDS Views, AMDP, and ABAP 7.5 syntax.
• Practical exposure to HighRadius integrations or financial planning interfaces is required.
• Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain management and planning processes.
• Experience with service delivery and change management processes aligned with ITIL practices is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
