SAP IBP Lead Consultant

You should have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a Senior PP (Production Planning) professional with expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), specifically having worked on 2-3 full project lifecycles. Proficiency in S4 HANA & ECC is also required. As the ideal candidate, you will possess at least 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP IBP. Your primary responsibility will involve collaborating with clients to create, execute, and optimize SAP IBP solutions tailored to their business requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP IBP solutions to ensure they align with client needs and industry standards. - Integrating SAP IBP with various SAP systems like S/4 Hana private/public and third-party systems to facilitate smooth data flow and operational efficiency. - Developing custom solutions and enhancements within SAP IBP to address specific client needs and enhance system functionality. - Conducting thorough testing of SAP IBP configurations and customizations to ensure system reliability and performance. - Providing end-user training and support to ensure proficient utilization of SAP IBP functionalities. - Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners, to deliver high-quality SAP IBP solutions. Required Skills/Abilities: - Extensive experience in SAP IBP implementation and configuration. - Profound knowledge of supply chain planning processes, including S&OP, Order based planning (OBP) with Response and Supply, Time series planning, and IBP-Inventory. - Comprehensive understanding of SAP IBP functionalities, integration points with other SAP modules, and data models. - Proven track record in leading end-to-end SAP IBP implementation projects, from requirement gathering to solution design and deployment. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP IBP solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels. - Experience in training end-users and developing user documentation for SAP IBP solutions.
