What you will do in this role: Act as the technical SME for SAP IBP modules , including: Demand Planning Response and Supply Inventory Planning Order-Based Planning (OBP) Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of IBP solutions to support global supply chain initiatives. Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, and proactive problem prevention for IBP systems. Drive and participate in Order-Based Planning (OBP) implementations, handling scenarios such as: Demand prioritization Pegging strategies Capable-to-Match (CTM) functionality in OBP Integration of OBP with transactional systems for real-time planning Oversee IBP integration with ECC, APO, and CPI-DS, ensuring seamless data flows. Who You Are (Requirements) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 6–12 years of overall SAP experience, with at least 4+ years focused on SAP IBP . Hands-on expertise in: SAP IBP Demand Planning Response and Supply Order-Based Planning (OBP) functionality, including CTM, pegging, and priority rules IBP configuration and best practices Familiarity with APO planning processes and CIF. Good knowledge of integration technologies like CPI-DS , as well as ECC data structures for MM, PP. Proven experience managing complex IBP incidents and delivering solutions. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills. Experience working in a global, multicultural environment and managing remote or offshore resources. Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and ITIL processes is a plus.
