Job Description

Lead and facilitate workshops to define business requirements across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization.
Translate business planning process needs into a cohesive and efficient IBP Planning Area and Planning Model design.
Design and configure master data, key figures, attribute transformations, and calculated key figures within the IBP environment.
Develop and maintain complex planning views, templates, and aggregated reports using the SAP IBP Excel Add-in.
Design and manage data flow between source systems (SAP S/4HANA, ECC) and SAP IBP using the SAP Cloud Platform Integration Data Services (CPI-DS).
Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and conduct user training sessions for end-users and power users.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in SAP Supply Chain Planning, with at least 5+ years dedicated to SAP IBP.
Proven, hands-on experience in configuring at least two of the following IBP applications: Demand, S&OP, or Inventory.
Strong functional and technical expertise in IBP Planning Model configuration and complex key figure calculation logic.
Deep understanding of the SAP CPI-DS architecture and its role in IBP integration.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to lead discussions with senior business leaders.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration and the latest IBP releases (e.g., Web-based planning, Planning Operators).
