In this full-time on-site role based in Gurugram, you will assume the position of a SAP Hybris Lead. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the design, development, and implementation of SAP Hybris solutions. This role entails collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability. Additionally, you will be troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, as well as providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in SAP Hybris, commerce platform development, and related technologies. Experience in leading and managing development teams is essential, along with a strong grasp of UI/UX designs and front-end development. Your ability to debug and resolve technical issues in production will be crucial, supported by excellent communication and leadership skills. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, while prior experience in the technology-driven industry would be advantageous.
