We are looking for both junior and senior SAP HR Consultants with experience in ESS/MSS and FIORI-based Timesheet and Leave Applications, focused on support and maintenance. You will work closely with HR teams to handle incidents, apply patches, and ensure smooth operation of HR self-service systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily support for ESS/MSS and FIORI Leave/Timesheet apps
Assist in HRSP patch testing and basic issue tracking
Communicate with HR users to resolve routine problems and gather feedback
Help configure FIORI Launchpad and support workflow approvals
Maintain basic support documents and assist in user training
Support Time Management data and backend HR issues under guidance

Required Skills:

24 years of SAP HCM experience with exposure to ESS/MSS and FIORI
Basic understanding of Time Management and self-service workflows
Willingness to learn patching and support processes
Good problem-solving and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors or experience in hybrid HCM environments
Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira
Basic knowledge of ABAP for issue tracing (optional)
SAP HCM certification or relevant HR domain certifications
Willingness to work in shifts (if required by the project)

Nice to Have (For Both Levels):

Experience with SuccessFactors Time Off or Employee Central
Knowledge of Adobe Forms, UI5 enhancements, or HR Renewal
Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Solution Manager
