As a SAP HR Technical Lead Support Consultant, your role involves analyzing and proposing technical solutions for production issues raised as incidents. You will work closely with the Technical Team and Functional Consultants, providing effort estimation for break fixes, feasibility studies, unit testing, technical reviews, and mentoring the technical team. Key Responsibilities: - Work on rotational shifts - Develop and support SAP HR ABAP solutions, including Dialog programming, User-exits, BADIs, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, ALV, BAPIs, RFCs, and other SAP development tools - Experience in SAP UI5/Fiori applications using SAP Web IDE - Proficiency in Object Oriented ABAP (OOPs) with expertise in WRICEF development - Strong ABAP debugging skills - Manage support team of Functional associates, Technical associates, and Scrum masters - Collaborate with solution architects to define business processes and system architecture - Ensure timely resolution of Incidents and production bugs within SLA - Ensure compliance with security practices and technology standards - Work on HR Interfaces and cross-function relationship between modules for forms, reports, interfaces, enhancements, BDC, LSMW, BADI, BAPI, workflow, and development - Knowledge of SAP Transport layers, IDOCs, interfaces, and Transport Request best practices - Understanding of key enhancements spots (BADIs and User Exits) for customer-specific requirements - Strong troubleshooting skills for root cause analysis on incidents and problems - Extensive experience in HR ABAP Programming, particularly in PA, OM, Time modules, SAP ESS/MSS modules, and submodules of HR - Configure and customize various HCM Modules related to Personnel Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - 8-12 years of SAP ABAP/HR ABAP experience - Strong application support experience for a large client Additional Company Details: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Good logical and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and guide the technical team - Experience with ticket handling tool ServiceNow If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this SAP HR Technical Lead Support Consultant position, please send your CV to vinay.sharma@codersbrain.com.
