We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Lead with a solid background in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to spearhead SAP implementation projects within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving SAP digital transformations, streamlining business processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align SAP solutions with strategic business objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. **SAP S/4HANA Implementation & Leadership:** - Lead and oversee SAP S/4HANA projects across group companies. - Drive end-to-end implementation, encompassing blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehend requirements and optimize SAP solutions. - Ensure that SAP implementation adheres to industry best practices and regulatory standards. 2. **IBP (Integrated Business Planning) Expertise:** - Implement and maintain SAP IBP modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Response & Supply, and Control Tower. - Integrate IBP with S/4HANA to enhance forecasting, inventory management, and demand-supply alignment. - Develop predictive analytics and scenario planning models. 3. **Supply Chain & Manufacturing Optimization:** - Improve supply chain visibility and planning utilizing SAP IBP & S/4HANA. - Optimize pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, compliance, and batch management. - Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, CFR Part 11, and CSA regulations. 4. **Technical & Functional Support:** - Offer expert guidance on SAP Fiori, CDS Views, SAP Cloud Platform, and embedded analytics. - Collaborate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements and issue resolution. - Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training sessions, and documentation for end users. 5. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** - Engage closely with Finance (SAP FI/CO), Procurement (SAP MM), and Supply Chain teams. - Align SAP solutions with business strategies and digital transformation initiatives. - Collaborate with CxO-level stakeholders to ensure SAP projects are in sync with business objectives. 6. **Leadership & Change Management:** - Manage and mentor a diverse team of SAP consultants, analysts, and developers. - Lead change management efforts to ensure a seamless transition post-SAP implementation. - Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure effective utilization of SAP systems. - Stay abreast of new SAP tools and technologies, advising the business on their potential impact. Key Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's/masters degree in engineering (Chemical, Production, or related fields) with 12-15+ years of SAP experience, including at least 3+ years in SAP S/4HANA and IBP. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong grasp of GMP, CSA compliance, and regulatory requirements. - Proficiency in supply chain and manufacturing operations. - Hands-on experience in SAP IBP modules like Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Response & Supply, and Control Tower. - Integration expertise including IBP with S/4HANA, APO, BW, and third-party systems. - Technical skills encompassing SAP Fiori, HANA CDS Views, Smart Data Integration (SDI), SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Platform, and SAP Integration Suite. - Project management proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, overseeing complex SAP projects. - Preferred certifications in SAP S/4HANA and IBP.,
