SAP HANA Consultant

As an experienced SAP Systems Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of IT projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating a minimum of 10 years of SAP Systems implementation experience, with a mix of functional and technical roles. You should have been involved in at least 6 lifecycle go-lives, including 2 with S4Hana - S4 Fashion experience. - Bringing at least 12 years of IT project management or equivalent IT leadership experience to the table. - Participating actively in enterprise-scale release planning cycles, with a focus on global initiatives. - Taking direct responsibility for planning and implementing multiple release cycles. - Managing a complex project plan with data conversion objects and manual tasks, ensuring meticulous attention to detail. - Utilizing your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey project-related information. In addition to the experience requirements, you should possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: - Familiarity with Project Management principles and IT project life cycle methodologies, tools, and controls. - Comfort with coordinating and managing cutover tasks across teams and systems. - Ability to gather and synthesize project-related data from various sources to inform release planning and cutover preparation. - Collaboration with IT project managers and leadership to drive adoption of improved planning and scheduling techniques. - Proficiency in SAP suite applications, tools, and methods, with knowledge of Solution Manager and CHaRM considered a plus. - Strong facilitation skills when working with cross-functional technical teams, along with analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities. - Proactive and reactive responsiveness to address situations that may impact service delivery. - Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as facilitation and presentation abilities. This role is on a contractual/temporary basis for a duration of 6 months, with the work location being in person.,
